Our products are stored at -18 degrees. Duration of stay is 12 months.

Contents

1 kg. 650 gr in ravioli dough and 350 gr. mortar is used. Mortar is obtained from veal, onion and spice mixture. 100% beef is used in our products and no other additives (soy, bread crumbs, etc.) are used.

Packing

Our products are prepared in special packages in requested grams and delivered with our refrigerated vehicles.
